Very safe area! Lots of green space and close to everything - Kits, Gastown, Yaletown, English Bay, East Van... It takes 10 - 20 minutes to get to all these Vancouver hot spots.
The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, has laundry next door, a garden with an outside sitting area, a fully stocked home (kitchen ware, towels, etc) and lovely neighbors.
