Less than three years old, our apartment is on the 8th floor (8/18), 90 square meters, fully furnitured and provides sufficient living, communicating and entertaining equipment and appliances. We are just over 30, working for the city's government. Since we will go to London this Sept and stay there for a year, we're seeking an opportunity to switch home with any London family who want to explore the ancient and booming China.
