Large detached house, 5 large living areas; dining/sitting room, lounge/entertainment/study room, dining kitchen, music room, conservatory/play area. Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms, part of the upstairs is separated into a granny flat where my wife's mother lives. This is totally separate from the main house, having its own separate entrance, so no visitors will be disturbed. The house has extensive gardens which are well maintained, ideal for adventurous children.

The property is near a main road and the M1 motorway, it is regarded as semi-rural as we only have neighbors to one side, a wood to the rear and nothing to the front for some considerable distance. We are virtually in the centre of England, with the M1 3 mins away, ideally situated to visit virtually all parts of England. If you are looking for the rural idil, this is not the place for you, there is road noise although it is not excessive and is quiet at night and most parts of the day apart from rush hour.
