In a small community full of lush landscape, our townhouse has plenty of sunlight, and windows on 3 sides. Downstairs is a full bedroom with a 1.5m wide bed and full bathroom. upstairs living and kitchen space, and terrace, and master bedroom with a 1.5m wide bed and full bathroom and walk-in closet. The feeling is quiet, with lots a fresh air and sunshine...the gentle ocean breeze begins around 2pm every day. Yet, all the activity of Southern California is within minutes drive or walk. Our clubhouse and pool are 50m from our home.

Our neighborhood has lush landscaping and 9 different pools available to all residents, as well as gyms, playgrounds, tennis, and working lounges. Our shopping center is 150m close (we usually walk or ride bikes to get there) and has one large supermarket and one specialty market, plus restaurants and shops. A landscaped 2km long linear park is at the edge of our community, and other smaller parks. State parks (like Crystal Cove with hiking from hills to the beach), beaches, shopping and Disneyland are all within 30 minutes drive from our home. Truly convenient
