Our house is a farmhouse/ cottage style home located in Woodland Hills northern side of Los Angeles country and only 50 minutes to Santa Barbara. We are close to many nice restaurants and big indoor and outdoor shopping malls and retail stores. 20 to 30 minutes to Malibu and Santa Monica beaches and 5 to 10 minutes drive to so many hiking trails...waking distance to many fine and casual restaurants and coffee shops, groceries...we are only 30 minutes away from downtown Los Angeles, universal studios and Hollywood, one hour to Disney land and Orange County... We have three bedroom and one office/ playroom and two bathrooms but if we exchange for the whole two months ( June-august) my husband would need to stay in one of the room and the bathroom which has a separate entry door and can be completely blocked from the rest of the house. In this case you would only have two room ( master bedroom and The kids room plus The office/ playroom) and one bathroom to yourself. We also have two dogs which need to be fed once a day while you are staying in our place and if you need to stay overnight away from the house we have a dog sitter who will feed them while you are not around ... The house is completed with everything you’ll need. Complete kitchen ( refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, bread maker, slow cooker, pancake/ waffle maker, dish washer, washer and dryer, barbecue ( smoker), WiFi, AC and cable tv...we have a women and a kids bike and a scooter that you can use...
