We recently remodeled our home! The home features a split floor plan with the primary bedroom separated from the secondary bedrooms by the open concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen features a Vitamix Mixer, Toaster, Food Processor, and all the kitchen supplies to create a gourmet meal. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a wall mounted television. The primary bathroom has a full tub, shower, and walk in closet with a dresser. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser, and guest bathroom shared by our third bedroom which is our daughter's nursery with a crib or toddler bed, closet, and a dresser. The backyard has a fire pit, seasonal heated private pool April 15th until October 1st other times of the year we could heat for a discussed fee, 2 lounge chairs, and an outdoor patio table (6 chairs). We have Hulu, Amazon Prime TV, and the local basic channels (no cable but willing to sign up if required by the guest).

Located in a quiet dark sky community our home is part of a gated golf course community within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Our community connects to the Phoneix Mountain Preserve Mountain Biking trails as well as close to many golf courses,, hot air balloon rides, splash pads, out door shopping malls, and hiking trails.
