The house has a combination of saltillo tiles and porcelain tiles with radiant floor heat, and due to Santa Fe's very low humidity, air-conditioning is not needed. Ceiling fans are in all rooms except the kitchen.

The garden contains xeriscaped plants and 2 partially covered sitting areas of flagstone and brick.

There is off-street parking for one car.
